Hulk Hogan ended up backing off an announcement he made on Twitter stating that TNA would be returning to the road for Impact Wrestling tapings outside of Universal Studios in Orlando, adding that an official announcement would be made soon about a new schedule being tested out. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports this move is very dependent on Spike TV being willing to fund it as the same move was attempted back in March, but TNA wasn’t willing to spend what has been described as a “significant increase in money” to run tapings on the road more frequently. The plan would include TV tapings in Orlando on Monday and Tuesday after PPV events and any tapings following that on the road with two shows being taped on the same night.
